The firm provides process management and data analytics services to a number of Fortune 2000 enterprises in industries including financial services, cable & telecom, retail, fashion, media & entertainment, manufacturing, travel & leisure, software and high-tech. eClerx employs over 14,000 people based in the US, UK, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Singapore, India, Philippines and Thailand. We are seeking Operations Analysts to join our team. Candidates should have familiarity with trade and transaction reporting requirements and operations, with experience handling and resolving exceptions. Key Responsibilities Analyzing trade and transaction reporting exceptions to identify and resolve causes accurately and on a timely basis Collaborate with Sales, trading operations and technology counterparts Complete submission of daily reports, internally and to reporting repositories in various jurisdictions, globally Eligibility Requirements Knowledge of OTC derivative and securities financing products Experience with banking operations in product areas including OTC derivatives and securities financing transactions Understanding of trade and transaction reporting requirements Experience with trade and transaction reporting operations Ability to work independently, and within a team Analytical skills, with the ability to research exceptions using reports, trading systems, and 3 rd party databases #LI-JF1
