Adecco are exclusively partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit an Operations Finance Manager on a 1 year fixed term contract.
This role has the potential to go permanent, and the client have a hybrid working pattern with an expectation of travel into the office around once a week (in Craven Arms).

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will:
- Deliver a professional and customer focused Management Accounting and Commercial Finance Service to the Group.
- Be responsible for budget setting and budgetary control.
- Lead on the tender and implementation of new finance systems.
- Lead on management oversight of the Internal Audit service.
Requirements:
- Extensive Management Accounts experience
- Knowledge of investment appraisal techniques to evaluate new business opportunities
- Ability to understand complex financial information
- Internal audit process knowledge
- Minimum 2 years post qualification experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Demonstrable line management experience.
