Reporting to the General Manager, your role is to manage all operations relating to your customers, the team and suppliers. You are the glue that joins the business together, enabling it to run as one smooth and efficient team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring team shifts are planned, covered, and communicated.
* Supporting, and subsequently leading, on staff recruitment
* Constantly seeking process improvement in all office operational and administration areas.
* Ensuring all customer, supplier & employee records are maintained and updated with other office colleagues, on CRM, Outlook, Dropbox and hard copy files.
* Accurately manage record of weekly hours, holidays, supervisor's rota and all other key control processes.
* Placing replenishment orders as required.
As the right person, you are an experienced Office Manager/Operations Manager and can turn your hand to a variety of tasks as required. You pride yourself on your efficiency and attention to detail and like to work in a process driven environment.
You must be able to prioritise tasks effectively and know when to drop everything to deal with an urgent task, and when to focus on the task at hand.
You are confident using a CRM or database system, have strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and enjoy working directly with customers over the phone or over email.
You should be able to work a combination of 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, and have the flexibility to work the occasional weekend (paid overtime).
