The Client:
We are working with an exciting private wealth management business in the Holborn area! With around 100 in the London office, the team are collaborative and friendly who have been growing steadily since the business began around 15 years ago.
The Role:
This is a varied and exciting PA and Office Assistant role, with around 50% of the role focusing on PA support to a Partner, with the rest of the role focusing on office management duties and some reception cover (alongside one other dedicated receptionist).
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
PA support:
- Extensive diary management
- Organising international and domestic travel
- Some personal duties
- Ad-hoc coordination support to wider team.
Office management / administration:
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Collecting data from investment platforms for review
- Maintaining CRM system
- Assisting with various company projects on data integrity
- Processing expenses
- Supporting with office projects
- Being the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers and building managers.
Reception duties:
- Meeting and greeting incoming guests
- Answering and directing calls
- Management of meeting room system.
Candidate Specification:
- Strong administrative skills and previous experience within an administrative role, ideally within a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Able to manage a high volume workload
- Adaptable
- Muck-in and team-oriented attitude.
Additional Information:
- Salary up to £40K depending on experience

- Due to the front of house elements of the role, this is a fully office-based role.
