The Role:
As the new Personal Assistant, you will conduct:
- Diary and travel management
- Meeting and event coordination
- Expenses management
- Producing documents and ad hoc admin tasks
About You:
The firm are seeking an experienced PA, with a warm and friendly approach to supporting a widespread team of Executives.
Requirements of the new Personal Assistant:
- Spoken French, French native or fluent in French
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience of at least 3 years EA or PA or Team Assistant experience
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- A flexible and collaborative attitude
- Strong organisation and ability to prioritise tasks
- Effective working on own initiative and in a team
The Offer:
