Our client is a firm of Architects located in North-West London operating in the UK and abroad. We are recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their fast-expanding business on a permanent, Part Time basis. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and great benefits.
This position is Part Time, 30 hours a week flexi. Candidates applying should hold a relevant accountancy qualification such as the AAT and have advanced working knowledge of Xero which is essential for this position.
Job Responsibilities;
? Bookkeeping using Xero
? Manage accounts payable and receivable
? Posting month end/year end journal entries
? Performing bank reconciliations / bank payments
? Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports with analysis
? Quarterly VAT Returns
? Liaising with HMRC and external accountants
? Assist with budget preparation
? Raising sales invoices
? Credit Control
