Part-Time Finance Assistant

Join a dynamic team at a rapidly expanding digital marketing company based in Paddock Wood. They're seeking a diligent and experienced Finance Assistant to support their financial operations on a part-time basis, with flexible hours to accommodate school schedules.
Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata)
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain sales ledgers, including invoicing and credit control.
• Contribute to month-end procedures, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
•  Cash flow management

Requirements:

• Solid experience in accounts and bookkeeping.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience with management accounts, sales ledgers, and month-end procedures is desirable.
• Qualified by experience (QBE) would be advantageous but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
