- Hybrid role working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
FLEXIBLE ON HOURS: The company are flexible on how many hours you work each day
What this means is
- You can work either 3 hrs per day or 4hrs per day, you decide what suits you best.
- Your salary will be pro rata, depending on the total hours you work each week
For example:
- 30K salary would be for 37.5hrs per week
- However, this is a Part Time role and so if you only work half these hours per week (ie: 18.75hrs per week) you will get half the salary which would equate to 15K.
- If you work more than half the hours, for example if you work 28hrs per week, your salary would be 22,500
Location of offices
- Main office for this organisation is in Greenford
- Parking will be provided
PLEASE NOTE: This organisation are situated in a slightly remote location and so preferably you will need to be a car driver to get to this location easily, otherwise they are probably about a 20min walk from Greenford station
The Role:
Providing HR Admin and Coordinator support.
ESSENTIALLY YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE: Technically minded and used to updating confidential HR data on the database such as right to work docs and references
- MUST HAVE: Proven HR Admin experience in a fairly recent role that is office based or hybrid
- MUST: Want to pursue a career in HR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES will include:-
- Providing HR Admin and Assistant, coordinator support
- Involved in HR compliance and HR Database work
- Overseeing an email inbox for the organisation, dealing with general queries
- Ensuring that the organisation is compliant from a HR perspective, carrying out internal audits on HR files
- Creating, amending and running various employee related and HR reports
- Monitoring attendance and advising line managers accordingly
- Administer the induction process, including preparation of induction packs for employee/contractor new starts
- Onboarding including checking right to work docs and references
- Organising training and development internally
- Organising and coordinating interviews and sending offer letters
- Providing generalist lower level HR advice to Managers
