SalaryOur client, an established firm of solicitors, with offices in South-West London are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.
Key Duties will include:
- Oversee recruitment processes
- Preparing and issuing contracts
- Provide advice and support to line managers on day-to-day employment issues
- Operate as the main contact point for more intricate employee relation matters while providing a high level of professional advice and support in matters associated with grievance, performance and discipline
- Oversee HR internal matters including but not limited to; on-boarding processes, monitoring employee attendance levels and review performance reviews to ensure the line managers to ensure operating standards are adhered
- Undertake disciplinary and grievance investigations
- Regularly review benefits, pay structures and rewards
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience, ideally within professional services
- Good generalist HR experience, including Recruitment and On-boarding.
- Strong organisational and listening skills, patient and understanding.
- CIPD level 5 qualification essential, level 7 desirable
- Good IT skills, including HRIS desirable
