HR Manager

Part Time - 21-28 hours per week 

Covering 4 sites across West London 

£45-48k per annum - pro rated

Our client are a in the Legal profession and have a strong presence across West London and they are currently looking for a Part TimeHR Manager to join and support the HR function in this standalone role but working closely with the partners. 

This is a Part Time office based role, which can be 21-28 hours per week with some flexibility as you will be based across multiple sites that are within a couple of miles radius of each other.

This role oversees the HR operations function ensuring they align with the the goals of the business and plays an integral part in ensuring the HR function runs smoothly in this standalone role.

Main duties of the role will include:

• Managing and maintaining all personnel records for staff
• Collating monthly payroll and working with the external company
• Recruitment administration including on-boarding and off-boarding and employment contracts
• Administering the company benefits and perks
• Being the main point of contact for any HR related queries

The attributes of the successful candidate will include:

• HR management experience  - CIPD qualification would be desirable
• Exposure to dealing with HR related matters
• Highly organised with excellent
• Be able to commit to 21-28 hours a week
