Business ServicesUp to GBP25,000 (pro rata)BromsgroveThe CompanyOur client, a well-established and reputable firm in South Birmingham that looking to appoint a Part Time Office Assistant in order to help with the smooth running of the business.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual to become actively involved in a well-respected business, ultimately supporting the organisation with general office administration, including:

  • General office facilities management
  • Executive support and diary management
  • Arranging travel including flights and accommodation
  • Managing meeting room calendars and preparation of meeting rooms
  • Answering phone calls and responding to general enquiries
  • Dealing with maintenance issues in the office
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Managing the post and organising deliveries
  • Providing administration support when needed
  • Records keeping and filing

The CandidateTo be successful for this position the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Confident, enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated team player with the flexibility and pace required to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
  • The capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Attention to detail
