- General office facilities management
- Executive support and diary management
- Arranging travel including flights and accommodation
- Managing meeting room calendars and preparation of meeting rooms
- Answering phone calls and responding to general enquiries
- Dealing with maintenance issues in the office
- Maintaining office supplies
- Managing the post and organising deliveries
- Providing administration support when needed
- Records keeping and filing
The CandidateTo be successful for this position the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
