Our client is a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch and they are looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to join their team
The Part Time Office Assistant key skills include:-
- Answer inbound calls to the business and direct them accordingly
- Taking customer enquiries
- Processing orders
- Ordering materials
- Liaising with production
- Despatching
- Booking in deliveries on the system
- Filing- matching invoices and delivery notes for audits
- General administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis
The successful Part Time Office Assistant will have the following skills and experience.
- Strong administration skills
- Numerate and literate with clear communication skills
- Time management skills
- Strong IT skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
This is an office-based role Part Time hours paying between 12- 13 per hour in Redditch with free parking onsite.
