Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Receptionist to work with our client in Belfast on a part-time, temporary basis.
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting visitors to the site
- Utilising a switchboard
- Taking and passing on messages
- Receiving and distributing post
As this is a temporary role, our client has advised us that the role may last two weeks or as much as one month. The assignment may last longer than that but it is likely that the requirement for a part-time Receptionist will be for no more than one month.
