Nanny Payroll is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our small team to assist with onboarding clients and delivering a payroll service our clients can trust and rely on. We pride ourselves on our reputation of delivering excellent customer service.A typical day will involve managing clients through the onboarding process, processing payroll and ensuring all paperwork is completed.We’ll support you through completion of a payroll qualification through one of the Regional Colleges so you are fully equipped to carry out the role..

We'd love to hear from you if you have a head for numbers and excellent customer service skills because liaising with clients and ensuring the accuracy of the payroll is an important part of the job.We'd like an enthusiastic team player who'd make a valuable contribution to our excellent team.Our ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be well organised and able to prioritise tasks.You should have at least a Grade C in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent. You should be digitally savvy with excellent IT skills.We will provide the opportunity to undertake a payroll qualification and provide all the necessary training to get you up to speed on administering payroll. , Experience in office administration is a plus.
