Payroll and HR Administrator (FTC Until May 2025 – Potential for Extension)
20 Hours per Week – Flexible Hours to be Agreed
Tredegar – Office Based

Payroll and HR Administrator required for a highly successful international medical device manufacturer. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to join a friendly team within a secure and expanding business.
To apply for this role, candidates will need previous experience within a similar role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day duties of the payroll function, currently covering circa 100 employees. Payroll is the primary focus of this role, however you should expect to support other HR and Finance activities as required.
The Payroll and HR Administrator Role:
· Process monthly payroll, inclusive of setting up new employees, updating tax codes, reviewing time sheets, and liaising with managers for holiday/overtime queries.
· Issue and set up clocking in cards and monitoring errors
· Sending payroll reports to Finance Director for review and final payment
· US Payroll – download reports and posting journals
· DE Payroll – Posting journals and sending out payslips
· Oversee KPIs – attendance, sickness, overtime
· Making monthly pension and AOE payment
· Payroll cost analysis
· Other HR support
· Other Finance support – including mileage rates, updating payrates, setting up shift patterns etc.
