We are looking for a candidate with demonstrable PA experience to join a small team supporting a highly regarded private consultant Doctor. Located in a world renowned Private Hospital, this role is essential to the smooth running of the Doctor’s clinics. This is a fast paced, challenging role. Key is someone who can work well under pressure, and can provide a high level of administrative support.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing the Doctor’s diary
- Liaising with labs for patient test results
- First point of contact for all patients, successfully dealing with all enquiries
- Managing invoices
- Answering phones and inbox management
- Office Management
- Managing patient expectations if Doctor is running overtime
Medical experience is not necessary for this role. Ideal candidates will be resilient, calm in nature and highly personable, with proven PA experience.
