Personal Assistant To Leadership Team

PA to Leadership Team x two positions

1. PA to Integrated Adult Social Care Leadership Team - 37 hours per week, fixed term for a 3 month period.

2. PA to Childrens services Leadership Team - 22.20 per week, fixed term for a 6 month period.

Experienced Personal Assistants are required to support Leadership Teams within Integrated Adult Social Care and Children's Services. You must be an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly approach. 

The ability to multitask, work flexibly and well under pressure to meet tight deadlines is essential. You will need to liaise confidently with Senior Managers, Members, key stakeholders & external bodies.  Tasks include intelligent diary management, arranging and preparing for meetings and dealing with enquiries in a proactive and effective manner. These roles involve dealing with sensitive information.
