A banking institution wish to recruit within the front office with a focus on periodic reviews and process documentation/improvements.
Overview
Periodical reviews of the existing procedures
Change activities - engaging as a subject matter expert and developing appropriate processes and materials to support change agent
Examine workflows and define optimally efficient paths to completion in conjunction with stakeholders.
Prepare and obtain stakeholder approval for SOPs and flowcharts.
Liaise internally to ensure appropriate controls are embedded in design.
Work with stakeholders to embed and communicate change.
Prepare monthly reports of activities and pipeline and present to a stakeholder forum.
Experience Required
Previous experience of process documentation/ improvements
Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience of business analysis techniques
Knowledge and use of tools and techniques used in Process Improvement analysis within banking
