Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Product Development Manager, Fragrance to coordinate fragrance development projects and provide team support. This role has potential for future responsibilities in skincare projects.

Responsibilities
• Fuel strategic NPD calendar with innovative product conceptualization for fragrances• Build category roadmaps using data-driven insights• Storytelling and collaboration to define innovation and product marketing• Efficiency process management and implementation• Strong supplier relationships and negotiation skills• Management of end-to-end NPD process for multiple CPAs• Working cross-functionally and internationally to drive ideas• Partnering with global brand marketing leads• Regular interface with OPS and Supply Chain team• Representing the Product Development team in communications with marketing and sales teams
Requirements
• Ability to inspire, influence, and galvanize the team• Extensive fragrance knowledge• Strong interpersonal skills and inclusive management style• Self-motivated, eloquent, and dedicated to the brand• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Strong research skills• Experience with sales data and analysis• Adaptable and flexible team player• Passion for and knowledge of the beauty industry• Skills using Microsoft programs• French speaking could be helpful
Key Skills Needed
• Previous experience in Product Development within the beauty industry• Makeup or skincare Product Development and artistry experience
