Own innovation projects from concept to launch, taking ownership of commercialsConducting research to understand consumer needs and identify opportunities for NPD and EPDWorking on critical path; planning organizing and controlling resources to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the high quality necessaryWork with manufacturers to own and lead NPD and EPD projects – run trials and pre-trials before handing over to ops for productionEnsure products and packaging are compliant with company, customer and legislative requirements

The ideal candidate:

Educated to degree level, ideally in food science or similarStrong IT skills – knowledgeable in Excel, in-house software systems, data analysisStrong product management and technical backgroundEnergy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude!Excellent communication and a keen eye for detail
