To continue in our growth, we are recruiting for a Product Marketing Engineer to join our Marketing Team.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Product Marketing Engineer at Monolith, you will be a key player in bridging the gap between our technical teams and our market audiences. Your role involves understanding our products in-depth, from a technical perspective, and translating that knowledge into compelling marketing strategies and materials that resonate with customers and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise
- Gain a deep understanding of our product features, capabilities, and applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in machine learning and how it is applied to engineering challenges in general, and battery development and testing specifically.
Marketing Material Development
- Create high-quality, technical marketing content such as product demos, webinars, articles, white papers, blog posts, videos, LinkedIn posts, technical flyers, and customer case studies.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, sales, and customer success to brainstorm, develop, and deliver technically accurate, compelling, and visually engaging marketing materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and positioning.
- Provide technical training and support to the sales team.
Product Launch and Promotion
- Plan and execute product launch activities.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for online promotion through social media, email campaigns, and web content.
Customer Engagement
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer visits to promote products and gather feedback.
- Address customer queries related to product technical aspects.
A bit about you:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Data Analytics, etc)
- You have Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You are proficient in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Past work or school project experience in AI, machine learning in general, or battery modeling in particular preferred.
- New Graduate to 5 years industry experience
