Job Title:Product Owner (HR Learning, Performance, Talent & Digital Adoption)
Location: Warwick (Remote)
Contract: A full-time position for an initial 6-month period with the possibility of extension
The Opportunity:
As a HR Technology Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to partner with our client's People and Culture, Business Service, and IT colleagues, playing an integral role in shaping their HR technology and digital offering to the business. Reporting to the Head of HR Technology within the Global People and Culture team, you will provide technical and operational advice for your specific area of HR technology.
Key Responsibilities:
As a highly proficient Product Owner, you will use your expertise and knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning, Performance Management, Talent, and WalkMe (Digital Adoption tool) to develop and optimise HR technology IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Bringing the latest market trends in the Learning, Performance Management, Talent, and Digital Adoption space, ensuring continuous improvement and staying relevant
- Implementing and re-implementing SuccessFactors solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create and deliver detailed product vision and roadmap
- Managing prioritised product backlog and dependencies based on overall strategy and customer/end user's needs
- Using agile practises to drive product development and improvements
- Providing regular performance reports on adoption rates, customer survey results, and service performance metrics
About You:
To excel in this role, you should have strong industry experience as a Product Owner or in implementing and continuously improving Learning, Performance Management, Talent, and Digital Adoption solutions. Additional qualifications and skills include:
- Relevant SuccessFactors accreditation and experience as a business consultant in this area
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills up to executive level
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive positive impacts on the colleague experience
- Competence in product delivery, including defining roadmaps and collaborating with other Product Owners and system administrators
- Independent work style with excellent planning, organising, problem-solving, and deadline management abilities
- Experience with agile practises would be ideal
