Production Manager

Brook Street are delighted to be working with an award-winning business based in the Inverness Area who are seeking an experienced Production Manager. The role of the Production Manager will be to do drive performance within the manufacturing team ensuring all efficiencies and KPIs are met to the highest standard. To provide leadership and work with the team to develop the Department Culture in terms of its values and approach to continuous improvement and deliver supply chain requirements.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
o Actively and visibly upholds the company's core values

o Identify and fully develop the potential of your direct reports and teams

o Actively review and support improvement project activities

This is a full time role, based on site.
