About the Role: Wills Consultants are looking for a Project Administrator for our client, a global engineering company specialising in automation. Due to the company expanding and successfully winning new contracts they are looking for a Project Administrator for an 18-month fixed term contract. This role will be offered on a remote basis but occasional travel to their head office in Northamptonshire would be required.
You will be responsible for:
- Raising a high volume of purchase orders and invoices
- Processing back charges and credits
- Ordering spare parts and tracking delivery including maintaining records for customs clearing
- Booking travel and hotel requests and any administration duties for the project team
- Prepare reports in excel as required
Requirements: As an experienced Project Administrator, we are looking for:
- At-least two years' experience within site administration
- Good computer skills including NAVISION, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience of purchase ledger
- Ability to think on their toes and be good at problem solving
