Project Administrator - Temporary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well reputed local company, who are currently looking for a Temporary Project Administrator to provide administrative support for ongoing projects and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the projects as required.

This is a temporary role for 6 months and due to the urgent requirements of the role/business, candidates MUST be immediately available.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm
• Office based

Salary and benefits:

• 12.50 per hour
• Free parking

Duties and responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support for projects
• Supporting and liaising with the research team
• Updating and maintaining data on new and existing systems relating to key contacts and services
• Collecting and collating project data
• Producing briefing papers, statistical reports and correspondence
• Liaising with staff, partners, stakeholders and external agencies
• Identifying, implementing and developing new technologies and tools
• Completing work in line with national and local project timescales

• Previous administration experience
• Confident communicator with excellent written skills

• Professional and discrete
• IT literate - MS Office
