Project Manager (Demolition; Live Environment) - Oxford - 2 Months - Pay up to £350 Per Day (CIS)

Project Manager.
Our client, a leading Tier One Main Contractor working within the fit-out industry are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to commence within the next short while, working on a forthcoming Demolition project they have in Oxford.

Working in a live environment in a live Public Sector environment, the project is just commencing and is currently at Survey stage, with full works due to commence in Spring/Early Summer 2024.

Working as a Project Lead on this project in a city centre location, you MUST have experience of managing Demolition works in a live environment and have experience of managing surveys and early works for similar type projects.
Reporting to a visiting Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the works in a live environment.

As well as having the above experience of regularly delivering commercial fit-out projects , you must also hold a valid CSCS Black Management Card First Aid at Work & SMSTS Certificates as a minimum.
A valid and suitable Asbestos Qualification would also be highly beneficial for this role.
