We are seeking a full time Property Maintenance Administrator on a permanent basis in Taunton. This role is Monday – Friday with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning.
You will be joining a small team and assist with delivering great customer service to landlords, tenants and third parties. The salary is up to £23,000 and please note, due to the nature of this role you will be office based.
The Role
- Meeting and greeting customers and contractors as they come in the office
- Logging maintenance and repairs on the electronic systems
- Ringing and assessing quotes
- Handling multiple projects at once
- Progressing work through to completion
- Approving invoices
- Handling tenant enquiries and remaining calm under pressure
