An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join our supportive office team at Hareclive E-ACT Academy. You will provide reception and clerical support for the completion of effective support services in the running of the school, and to also be the main point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring information flows are effective.
Key responsibilities will include:
Delivering an effective reception service including answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries; signing in visitors and sorting and distributing internal and external mail.
Undertaking clerical duties related to the post such as production of letters, reports and other documents as requested using relevant ICT packages such as spreadsheets, databases, Word, internet and SIMS
Processing school dinners, full responsibility of the running of school dinners, receiving payment and monitoring non payments
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and will feel comfortable managing a diverse workload within a fast paced environment. Salary: SCP 2-3 £20175.85 - £20510.52 - FTE - £22,366.00 to £22,737.00
37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
