What is the role?

This role is predominantly based at our busy Old Market Practice in Bristol City Centre

Here we are a fun friendly team our Reception team plays a huge part in our patient journey, from responding to queries in a timely manner, to highlighting relevant products and services which are available in practice. You will have the opportunity to train as a Dental Nurse, Head receptionist and beyond. I am looking for a candidate who is hardworking eager to learn and enthusiastic on the job. Someone who is up for a challenge.

To be considered for this role you should:

  • Pride yourself on your strong communication and interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone
  • Be extremely organised and forward thinking
  • Have excellent IT skills (appointment booking systems experience desirable)
  • Be passionate about working to a high standard of service
  • Have experience of working to customer service targets
  • Have a passion for the Dental sector and drive to learn all about our products and services

Experience:

Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Financial Duties:

  • Processing payments
  • Billing

Work remotely:

  • No
