What is the role?
This role is predominantly based at our busy Old Market Practice in Bristol City Centre
Here we are a fun friendly team our Reception team plays a huge part in our patient journey, from responding to queries in a timely manner, to highlighting relevant products and services which are available in practice. You will have the opportunity to train as a Dental Nurse, Head receptionist and beyond. I am looking for a candidate who is hardworking eager to learn and enthusiastic on the job. Someone who is up for a challenge.

To be considered for this role you should:
- Pride yourself on your strong communication and interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone
- Be extremely organised and forward thinking
- Have excellent IT skills (appointment booking systems experience desirable)
- Be passionate about working to a high standard of service
- Have experience of working to customer service targets
- Have a passion for the Dental sector and drive to learn all about our products and services
