As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of customer-facing tasks throughout the hostel, ensuring that all guests and visitors have an unforgettable experience.
Your day-to-day duties may include working at the reception desk, providing information about the hostel and the local area, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and responding to phone, email, and face-to-face inquiries.
In addition to providing exceptional guest service, you will be expected to drive sales, work flexible hours and shifts, and collaborate seamlessly with your colleagues.
