Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential along with being able to demonstrate reliability and confidentiality.Experience dealing with the public is essential as the role involves speaking confidently on the phone and also face to face with clients. Full training will however be provided to develop these skills further.Minimum 5 GCSE C grade or above including Maths and English.Knowledge of Excel / Word and Microsoft packages essential. , Clean Driving licence is preferred but not essential.Further / Higher level business studies / administrative/ record keeping knowledge is desirable.Experience in a receptionist or office environment is desirable but not essential as hospitality and retail experience would also be beneficial to this role.
