Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Belfast BT9
Salary and Benefits: £24k- £26k per annum
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 9am-5.15pm

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Management company based in Belfast. They would now seeking to recruit a Front of House Administrator to join the team.
The Right role:
- Assisting the property and maintenance teams with Admin support
- Entering supplier invoices onto the Sage Accounts system
- Resolving tenant queries
- General Reception and Front of House duties
- Office Management including managing the Inbox, scanning, filing, printing etc
- Making payment for goods and services
- Assisting the M.D in maintaining R.I.C.S, Investors in People and Financial Conduct accreditation.
The Right Fit:
- Proficient in all MS packages
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi task
- Previous experience in a busy Reception / Admin role
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a Property environment
- Previous experience working with Sage
