Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator

Location: Belfast BT9

Salary and Benefits: £24k- £26k per annum

Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 9am-5.15pm

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Management company based in Belfast. They would now seeking to recruit a Front of House Administrator to join the team.

The Right role:

• Assisting the property and maintenance teams with Admin support
• Entering supplier invoices onto the Sage Accounts system
• Resolving tenant queries
• General Reception and Front of House duties
• Office Management including managing the Inbox, scanning, filing, printing etc
• Making payment for goods and services
• Assisting the M.D in maintaining R.I.C.S, Investors in People and Financial Conduct accreditation.

The Right Fit:

• Proficient in all MS packages
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi task
• Previous experience in a busy Reception / Admin role

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a Property environment
• Previous experience working with Sage
