Receptionist / Administrator - Term Time Only

This is a permanent, full-time, Term Time Only role working 39 weeks per year.

Actual Salary: 18.5K tp 19.5K

The role would suit somebody looking for a Term Time Only job.

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to work in a busy educational setting in the Sevenoaks area.

The role will involve:

• Answering the phone and dealing with queries from parents and external contacts
• Meeting and greeting visitors at the main reception area
• Signing in visitors and announcing arrival to relevant team member
• Liaising with internal staff and departments
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails and post
• Updating systems and providing admin support to the office
• Health and safety adherence
• Dealing with couriers and deliveries
• Working in line with safeguarding requirements

Experience:

• Previous front of house reception experience
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
• A confident phone manner
• Good admin and IT skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good presentation skills

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 0830 - 1630
