Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet colleagues and visitors with a warm smile.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the right person or department.
- Accurately record messages and contact details.
- Maintain a clean and inviting entrance area.
- Be the go-to person for offering drinks and refreshments.
- Issuing access passes.
Requirements:
- Previous relevant office experience is a must.
- Positive approach and adaptability to learn new systems quickly.
