A successful property management company located in North West London are recruiting for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join their team.This is a full time, permanent role Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.Duties will include;- Answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant individuals - Meeting and greeting clients - Preparing meeting rooms - Providing general administrative and clerical support to the team- Ordering of office stationary and supplies - Ensuring the reception area is maintained and tidy - Ensuring refreshments are well stocked for staff and clients- Dealing with incoming postSkills: - 6 months experience in an office based role- Ability to work in a busy office environment- Good IT skillsLovely opportunity for a confident and friendly individual seeking an entry level role in a company which will offer training and career progression.
