We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, naturally caring, and professional person to work at The Links Care Centre.
The Links is a purpose-built Mental Heal Care Centre in Bradford, BD3 7NJ West Yorkshire.
You will need to be able to work well under pressure and work towards tight deadlines with excellent time management skills. You will need to be computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft office programmes.
You will have excellent communication skills, both telephone and face to face.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing an efficient and effective office administration service by greeting visitors, answering the telephone, taking messages.
- Supporting with general administration duties
- Supporting regulations and standards that apply to within the service
You will be enrolled to our excellent e-learning programmes and, face to face training and development sessions to enhance and refresh your skills and knowledge. You’ll receive one to one supervision with your line manager along with an annual appraisal.
