Our client is looking for a part time Reception Administrator/Legal Secretary to work in their Southam site
Reception Administrator/Legal Secretary duties include:
• Reception and Admin support
• Answer the telephone promptly transferring calls through to the correct person/department, and that accurate messages are taken if unavailable
• Coordinate visitors at Reception appropriately
• Verifying Conveyancing documents before scanning
• Secretarial support to the Conveyancing department
• Scanning and sorting of company post
• Use of the company’s internal system
• Preparing files archiving
• Take payments from clients as and when required
• Assist with booking meeting rooms
• Coordinate the incoming post following company procedure
• Ensure all new enquiries are entered on the internal system
Reception Administrator/Legal Secretary person specification:
Essential
• Previous experience in a customer facing and administrative role
• Telephony experience and skills
• Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable
• Previous legal experience is desirable
