Registered Manager (New Children's Provision)

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for a Registered Manager to assist in the setting up and development of a New Children's Residential Home in Northampton.

The ideal candidate would be an ambitious and strong leader, with working knowledge on Ofsted regulations and all relevant legislation related to children residential care standards who can assist with the setup, growth and management of the Children's Provision and services.

Requirements:

• A minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory position, overseeing the day-to-day running of a children's home.
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and OFSTED requirements governing children's residential care services.
• Previous experience, or interest with relevant knowledge in setting up a New Children's Provision is a preferred
• Experience supervising staff (in the recent 5 years) working in a care role
• Relevant Level 5 qualification is required in Health & Social Care, or a Diploma in Leadership and Management (residential children services)
