A property company based in South West London are on the lookout for a switched on and organised Sales Administrator that can join their growing team.
This role involves managing the administration processes for both sales and lettings while also overseeing property management tasks to ensure the smooth running of the real estate operations.Sales Administrator duties:
- Assist in the preparation of sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and property listings.
- Maintain an organised database of properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle inquiries related to property sales and provide administrative support to the sales team as required.
- Support client onboarding processes and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Report to the Sales and Lettings Manager for related administrative tasks and support.
- Work closely with the Senior Property Manager to oversee property management tasks and ensure operational efficiency
- Handle inquiries from potential tenants and assist with the tenancy onboarding process.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, conduct reference checks, and assist with the processes involved in both the start of new tenancies and the end of existing ones.
- Maintain comprehensive records of tenancy agreements and relevant documentation.
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering regulations in the lettings process.
Sales Administrator specification:
- Well organised with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- To have experience within a property is preferred, but not essential
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work within strict timelines and meet deadlines.
- To have an administrative and customer service background
- Be passionate with a great work ethic.
