Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Sutton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring that all sales-related documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders via phone, email, and online platforms
• Check the accuracy of orders and issue invoices
• Maintain sales records and compile monthly sales reports
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Research new product lines and identify potential sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales administration role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
