Salary: £20,000 - £27,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Sutton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring that all sales-related documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders via phone, email, and online platforms
- Check the accuracy of orders and issue invoices
- Maintain sales records and compile monthly sales reports
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Research new product lines and identify potential sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
