Your responsibilities will include office coordination, customer service, and assistance with property viewings.

• Dealing with memos
• All Sales Administration
• Photos
• Marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• The ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
• Initiative
• Keeping the database up to date
• Liaising with agents and clients, making appointments etc.
• General office admin
