Sales Coordinator

Our client, a growing yet market leading Company based Staffordshire, are looking for a motivated, proactive Sales Coordinatorwith experienceproducing quotations and a proactive nature. An attractive basic salary of £25k+ (negotiable) plus bonus of approximately £3k per year. No cold calling required- this role is purely working with existing customrs!

The Sales Coordinator will be required to:-

• Manage accounts within specified geographical area.
• Work closely with Engineers and Technical team, in order to gather relevant information in order to produce quotations.
• Generate quotations, logging on to computerised system.
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service.

• Complete required administration for each customer account.
• Focus on reviewing customer accounts and potential opportunities for developing leads and maximising conversion rates.

• Follow up on quotations in order to close out purchase orders.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPI’s as directed.

• Upsell, cross sell and maximise sales opportunities.

The Sales Coordinator will have:-

• Experience in an internal sales related position.

• Experience producing quotations.
• Objection handling skills.
• Energy and drive with a results driven approach, with experience working to targets.
• A good understanding of the sales process.

• Experience in an engineering or related environment (preferred but not essential).
• History of chasing clients for purchase orders.
• A persistent and professional nature.

• An ability to prioritise workload.
• A customer focused approach.
• An excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• A willingness to develop technical product knowledge.
• Good accuracy/ attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills.
• Good level of education.
• An ability to work in a fast paced environment.
