About The Job
Once For All is looking for a team of 4 confident and ambitious Sales Development Representatives who can assist them in growing and supporting their customer base.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to begin their career in B2B sales. You will be provided with comprehensive sales training in a top-quality learning environment with 1-1 coaching and full role training to enable you to effectively do your role and progress.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be enrolled in our three-month Furza Sales Academy, providing you with robust training to become a target attaining salesperson. Alongside this, we provide ongoing coaching, management and support to enable you to reach your full potential.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of Once For All’s value proposition and solutions
- Pro-actively reach out to customers to promote and educate them on Once For All’s marketplace solution
- Deliver value to your customers through consultative questioning and actively listening to understand their challenges and opportunities, before recommending solutions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Once For All’s customers
- Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with your customers to drive new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record activity
