Payrate: £11.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Being directly responsible to the internal sales manager.
- Taking responsibility over the sale and order process of our range of products.
- Providing both technical and Sales Support to our distributors, merchants, OEM’s, our end users, and the company sales managers.
- Undertaking the accurate input of data.
- Enabling the accurate preparation of the processing of sales orders from customers via telephone, fax, email.
- Provide a level of customer service that is first class.
- Administration and processing of sales returns and customer credit.
Requirements:
- A competent knowledge and previous experience in Navision/SAP.
- Strong Attention to detail.
- The ability to accurately input data onto the system.
- A Can-do positive attitude.
