Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, business processes, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimising Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements related to Salesforce functionality. Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Salesforce enhancements. Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and document scalable and efficient solutions within the Salesforce platform. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with end-users to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customisations, and processes. Keep abreast of Salesforce updates and proactively assess the impact on existing configurations. Requirements Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices and a demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications are required 3 to 5 years Salesforce experience
