Salesforce Business Analyst Position Overview

Role Insights: In this role, your comprehensive understanding of the system's business application is crucial. Together with the Product Manager, you'll ensure the precise documentation and communication of functional requirements to the agile team via well-crafted user stories.
Primary Duties:
- Engage closely with key players to collect, decode, and outline business needs.
- Analyze and comprehend the organization's framework, rules, and functions to propose solutions for reaching objectives.
- Generate user stories and future-state process flows to aid the Salesforce solution's design and development.
- Align with the Product Manager to convert product roadmap features into detailed product specifications/user stories.
- Collaborate with the team to design solutions that fulfill business needs and draft user stories.
- Interface with developers and QA teams to test solutions against business requirements.
- Organize and lead crucial stakeholder meetings, including requirement gatherings, system demonstrations, and user acceptance testing.
- Engage in prioritization discussions with the SCRUM master and Product Owner.
- Address risks and issues by escalating them to higher management for resolution.
- Mentor and support champion users across different departments to maximize their effectiveness.
- Document use cases, along with business, system, and functional requirements.
