Role: Salesforce Business Analyst Salary: £65,000 Location: Fully Remote (UK) TechOhana are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a enterprise level Financial Services company. As a key member of there organization, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, and providing ongoing support to our clients in the financial services industry. Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform that meet business needs Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget Provide training and support to end-users Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations for improvements Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Financial services industry experience is a plus At this particular opportunity, they offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
