Job description
As a Security Assistant administrator you will be responsible for the day to day implementation and allocation of Health roster and additional admin clerical duties.
You will also be required to key escort contractors around our Forensic buildings and will focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment.
In your role you will be required to communicate with Managers, staff, service users and a range of other people (External agencies and contractors) on matters associated with safety and security.
Being able to work in a team environment is paramount, whilst we are also looking for a candidate that can use their own initiative. A confident communicator who is comfortable in dealing with all the relevant stake holders.
You will be required to Liaise with other departments to ensure shifts are entered on to health roster, i.e Admin, ICT. To assist the Security Coordinator in the day to day management of the Security Assistants including annual leave and sickness arrangements on Health roster.
To ensure that self and internal/external contractors/estates staff work within the policies, procedures, and safe working practices as set out by WLNT.
To contribute to own personal development and provide information to others to help their development.
To make changes to own practice and offer suggestions for improving service. To maintain the quality of own work and use initiative. To have a clear understanding of all policies and procedures related to post.
