This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join a family run business enjoying a period of growth and expansion. This role will involve providing a high level of administrative support to the HR, Compliance and Health and Safety functions.
THE ROLEThe successful Senior Administrator will be involved in the following key duties;
- Collate payroll data from various sources (including timesheets and clock-in systems), check for anomalies, in preparation for weekly payroll processing
- Helping to administer new starters on the Company's HR system
- Assist in coordinating training for new starters and ensuring training records are kept up to date, highlighting the requirement for refresher courses
- Collate data for reporting purposes relating to Health & Safety, Training and Compliance
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager, Health & Safety Manager and Compliance Manager
- Dealing with ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required relating to a busy production setting
The successful Senior Administrator will be able to demonstrate;
- The ability to work independently (this role will involve some lone working) as well as part of a wider team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A methodical approach to their work
- A keen eye for detail
- An appreciation for confidentiality whilst handling sensitive commercial data
- The ability to work accurately under time constraints
